The target audience

This card promoted five Media & IT programmes at NEXT, targeting “GF2” applicants-students enrolling with prior experience or education. They tend to be slightly older and more certain about their career path.

The concept

"Can you make it pop?" is a very familiar phrase to many creatives, as this is an example of the very vague feedback we sometimes have to work with. I turned it into a cheeky slogan for comedic effect, while also highlighting a key part of a creative's job: making things stand out while clearly communicating the message.

The turnout

The card was distributed to 400 locations across the Copenhagen Municipality and printed in 25,000 copies. 82% were taken home in the first week, which is 6% higher than the average turnout.

Context

Go-Cards are free cards distributed in cinemas and cafés across Denmark. They are often taken home and used as décor, postcards, or greeting cards.

This Go-Card was an ad for NEXT's five Media & IT programmes with the intent of recruiting new students, as the application deadline was coming up.
